Spring Fayre

A great deal of planning and work went into making our Spring fayre a success.  This event invited the wider community to come and help celebrate with us in our Centenary year.  Thanks to the generosity of the Mundaring Shire we were able to offer the children some exciting entertainment, all free.  The magician was very popular, as was the bouncy castle and the mini ferris wheel.  Lucky dip, quoits and hopscotch were some of the activities.  The local Historical Society had a display for those interested in the growth of Mundaring Shire.  A beautiful display in the church of some of the work done by the Christian College on their recent day spent at the church.  After everyone had gone home the workers sat down to a fish and chips lunch – no washing up!
